Orders ≥ ₹499: Free standard shipping
Orders < ₹499: Flat ₹49 delivery charge
Express Delivery: Available in select cities at ₹99 extra (1–2 business days)

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days
Tier-2 cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Pune, etc.): 4–6 business days
Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals and peak seasons. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (Monday–Saturday). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

Go to your Order History and select the order
Click "Request Return" and select the reason
Upload photos of the damaged/wrong item (if applicable)
Our team will review and approve within 24–48 hours
Schedule a pickup or drop-off at the nearest courier partner

Refund Process

Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT) within 7–10 business days
Store credit: Instant store credit option available (10% bonus value)
