2. Products & Pricing
- All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST).
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, or finish due to handcrafted nature.
- Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
3. Ordering & Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
- We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
- COD orders are limited to ₹5,000. An additional ₹29 COD fee may apply.
4. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, before it is shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

7. Coupons & Offers
- Discount coupons are valid for a limited time and subject to terms mentioned at the time of issue.
- Only one coupon can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- We reserve the right to void coupons used in bad faith.
8. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
